According to Multiple Listing Service reports, the average (median) price a Sharon single family sold for in 2025 was $820,000. That’s up from $815,000 in 2024.
Over a four year period, beginning in 2021, the average (median) rose a total of 21%, from $677,500 to $820,000.
Since 2016, when the median was just $510,000, Sharon’s median sale price is up 61%.
The increase is GREAT news for Sharon home owners.
